A very old house that needed major changes to adapt to the needs of the residents. Keeping the perimeter of the residence, we changed the entire internal layout, as well as the facade and accesses.

The most radical change was raising the level of the ground and basement floors by 1.5 meters, while maintaining the original external masonry.

Curiosity: the elevation of the floors was necessary, as a creek runs through the back, and the house already had its basement (where the family business is located) 1.5 meters below the water level when the last flood happened.
