JT HOUSE

Set on a sloping site, the residence takes advantage of the natural topography to shape an architecture defined by clean lines and strong horizontal proportions. Overlapping white volumes interact with planes of natural stone, creating a balance between lightness and solidity.

The expansive cantilevered roof shelters the social areas while emphasizing the building’s horizontal expression, and large glazed surfaces foster a seamless visual connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

Vegetation is integrated as an architectural element, softening the built edges and strengthening the relationship between the house and its natural context. The result is a contemporary, precise, and timeless composition in which materials, light, and nature coexist in a refined and understated architectural language.
