The façade of the Z442 residential building features a composition of straight lines and well-defined protruding volumes. The balconies are wide and have glass railings, creating a feeling of lightness and transparency.

 

Red accents stand out against the neutral-toned cladding, creating a subtle contrast. The front roof is a duplex, while the back is home to an infinity pool. A gym was designed on the mezzanine floor above the garage, positioned to make the most of the space and offer easy access to residents.
