The façade of the Z442 residential building features a composition of straight lines and well-defined protruding volumes. The spacious balconies have glass railings, creating a sense of lightness and transparency. Red details stand out against the neutral-toned cladding, creating a subtle contrast. The front penthouse is a duplex, while at the rear, there is an infinity-edge pool. On the mezzanine, above the garage, a gym has been designed to make efficient use of the space and provide easy access for residents.
