The Z442 residential building features contemporary architecture defined by clean lines, striking volumes, and the contrast between neutral finishes and red accents, which bring both identity and sophistication to the design.

Spacious balconies with glass railings enhance the sense of lightness and transparency, allowing the interiors to seamlessly connect with the urban landscape.

At the rooftop level, the project highlights a two-story loft-style penthouse with double-height ceilings and privileged views. At the rear, the common areas invite residents to gather and enjoy: a party lounge seamlessly integrated with an infinity-edge pool creates a refined leisure and relaxation setting.

On the mezzanine, above the garage, a fully glazed fitness center was designed to maximize natural light while offering residents practicality and convenience.
