Located facing a canal, this residence was designed in accordance with local codes and the restrictions imposed by climatic conditions. The building is elevated on pilotis, with the ground floor — situated in a flood-prone area — reserved for uses that do not compromise the main structure, such as a gym, garage, pickleball court, and open kitchen.

The second floor accommodates the social and private areas, ensuring privacy while making the most of the views. On the rooftop, a technical area was organized alongside an outdoor kitchen and a walking track. An external helical staircase connects the ground level directly to the rooftop, providing independent access to this upper level.
