GRAMADO HOUSE

The interior design project for this residence was developed prior to the beginning of construction, in alignment with the architectural design created by another firm. This early integration allowed important spatial decisions to be incorporated from the initial stages of the construction process, avoiding rework and ensuring greater coherence between architecture and interiors.

The proposal was based on the creation of a contemporary home designed for social interaction, weekend use, and entertaining guests, featuring integrated and interconnected spaces. One of the project’s highlights is the sunken sofa incorporated into the structure of the residence, conceived to create a more immersive living area and encourage social gatherings.

The indoor leisure area was designed as an immersive environment, combining a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace, tunnel, and waterfall within a more introspective atmosphere, reinforced by the use of dark tones and by the visual connection with the exterior and the upper floor.

The project also took advantage of a residual space created by the slope of the terrain to develop a second multifunctional basement level, composed of a wine cellar with kitchenette, game room, guest area, and office, integrated with the garden through large openings.
